Black Leo Ventures provides startup advisory, pitch deck refinement, financial modeling, and investor matchmaking services.

No Guarantee of Funding: While we utilize our extensive network and expertise to connect you with potential investors, Black Leo Ventures does not and cannot guarantee that your startup will secure funding. Investor decisions are independent and based on their own criteria.

2. User Obligations

As a client or user of our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information regarding your business, financials, and legal standing.
• Maintain the confidentiality of any investor introductions, proprietary strategies, and materials provided by our team.
• Not use our platform or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Intellectual Property

Your IP: You retain all ownership rights to your startup's intellectual property, business models, and trade secrets. We sign comprehensive NDAs prior to deep engagements to protect your assets.

Our IP: Unless otherwise stated, Black Leo Ventures owns the intellectual property rights for all proprietary frameworks, matchmaking algorithms, website designs, and consulting materials. You may not reproduce, duplicate, or copy our proprietary materials without explicit written consent.

4. Fees and Payments

Our partnership models include Fee-Based, Equity Partnerships, and Custom Hybrid Solutions. Specific fee structures, success fees, and payment milestones will be outlined in a separate, formal Engagement Letter or Consulting Agreement signed by both parties prior to the commencement of services.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Black Leo Ventures, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this website or the failure to secure venture capital funding.

6. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in India for the resolution of any disputes.
